James H. Ferris received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1972 and is a 1975 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and served as a member of the Tulsa Law Journal 1973-1974.

Since joining the firm in 1975, Mr. Ferris’ practice has focused on corporate, banking, and commercial law as well as estate planning and probate. He has particular experience in representation of small to mid-size companies and closely held businesses.

Mr. Ferris was instrumental in the opening of our Bixby office in 1991. He has served two terms as Chairman of the Bixby Chamber of Commerce and has a strong interest in promoting economic development in Bixby.
