Terry M. Kollmorgen

Terry M. Kollmorgen received his Bachelor of Business Administration - Finance Degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma in 1986. He graduated with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1989, where he was a recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards and a Member of the Board of Advocacy. Mr. Kollmorgen is a member of the American, Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations, as well as American Inns of Court. He is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma State Courts, as well as all districts in the United States District Courts of Oklahoma. Mr. Kollmorgen is the co-author of “Limitations on the Applicability of the WARN Act: A Defendant’s Strategy” published in the Employee Relations Law Journal, Volume 16, Number 4, Spring 1991.

Mr. Kollmorgen’s practice concentrates on employment and labor law litigation. He represents employers in federal and state court on various employment and labor law matters, including Title VII of the civil Righs Act of 1964, Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, retaliatory discharge, harassment, wrongful termination, employment contracts, covenants not to compete and non-solicitation agreements. As part of his practice, Mr. Kollmorgen assist clients in implementing a comprehensive personnel program, drafts and designs employee manuals, personnel policies and procedures, drug and alcohol testing plans, compensation and benefit packages, and conducts seminars to assist in the training of management personnel.
