James E. Maupin
James E. Maupin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989, graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern State University and received his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he was also awarded the Order of the Curule Chair and seven American Jurisprudence Awards. After law school, Mr. Maupin served as a lawclerk for United States District Court Judge Thomas R. Brett and also as the administrator of the W. Lee Johnson Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
Since joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Maupin has focused his practice on civil litigation at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving issues of commercial law, insurance law, employment law, oil and gas law, property law, and contract law.
