John E. Rooney, Jr., graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame in 1978 and received his Juris Doctorate Cum Laude in 1981 from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Mr. Rooney is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, all Oklahoma state courts, all districts in the United States District Courts of Oklahoma and the Tenth Circuit.

Since joining the firm in 1983, Mr. Rooney’s practice includes construction law, landlord tenant law, leases and leasing, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, contract litigation, corporate, and real estate law. His expertise lies in general litigation law prosecuting and defending complex cases and civil appellate proceedings.
