Jack H. Santee, the managing partner, graduated in 1956 from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He began practice in the legal department at what is now the Bank of Oklahoma, served a year as law clerk for Federal District Judge Royce Savage and came to the firm in 1958.

Mr. Santee has served as bank director of six different banks over the past 25 years and as director of a number of non-profit organizations, including Cascia Hall Preparatory School, Monte Cassino School, Operation Aware, Inc., Tulsa County Mental Health Association, University Village, Inc., Tulsa County Bar Association, University of Oklahoma Board of Regents, and Oklahoma School of Mathematics and Science. He is presently serving as director of Citizens Security Bancshares, Inc., Miratech SCR Corporation and University Village, Inc. and is general counsel to several prominent Tulsa business organizations and educational entities.

Mr. Santee’s practice emphasizes commercial litigation, banking, corporate law, non-profit organizations and estate planning.
