Randy J. Lewin

Mr. Randy Lewin joined Moyers Martin as a Staff Attorney in 2018, focusing his practice at the Firm on legal research, writing, and representing the Firm’s clients in all levels of appellate advocacy. Randy is a University of Texas School of Law graduate and is admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and Texas. After graduating from law school, Randy worked as a television reporter for network affiliates in Corpus Christi and Austin, Texas, before relocating to Tulsa, Oklahoma. After Randy was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1994, he was hired by the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, Tulsa Divisions as a staff attorney where he remained until transitioning to private practice in 2011.

Randy's unparalleled talent for legal analysis, research, and writing is recognized at all levels of the Oklahoma Bar. Because of his professional abilities, the University of Tulsa College of Law has kept Randy on faculty as an adjunct professor since 2004. Over the last 15 years Randy has prepared future attorneys for the practice of law by sharing his insight and skill sets, teaching classes on legal research and writing, appellate advocacy, professional responsibility, and interviewing, counseling, and negotiating.

Outside of his service to the Oklahoma legal community, Randy has volunteered his time on the Tulsa City-County Friends of the Library Board of Directors and as a member of the Monte Cassino School Long-Range Planning Committee.

Randy is married, and he and his wife Peggye have a daughter, Emilye.
